The County Care Home is a beautiful, purpose-built home, located on an elevated site just off Tempo Road in Enniskillen. It's the perfect blend of luxury living and exceptional person-centred care; and a lovely place to call home.
Within this thoughtfully designed home, we provide the very best nursing and specialist dementia care to 51 residents. They are cared for by our hand-picked staff, who are talented, professional, and compassionate and go above and beyond to ensure those in their care are living full, comfortable and meaningful lives.
We believe the place you call home is just as important as the care you receive, which is why we have invested greatly into improving the look and feel of our Care Home. We have created a welcoming nurses station, stylish and relaxing TV rooms and lounge areas, sociable and comfortable dining and coffee areas and private and safe bedrooms. The facilities here are simply stunning; you can’t help but feel at home. And, for the warmer months, we have beautiful fully accessible gardens with wide winding pathways and plenty of seating areas.
At County, we have our very own chefs who make freshly prepared food in our kitchens using the best quality seasonal ingredients. Delicious home-made breads and puddings are baked daily.
We have an onsite activities and well-being coordinator who organises a meaningful weekly activities calendar for residents, whether in groups or one to one. We also enjoy hosting fun and welcoming events, such as our annual summer fete, to involve friends, family and the local community in our life here at The County.
