About the Role.
We are looking for a professional Chef / Cook to join our friendly and professional team at Hamilton Court Care Home in Armagh. Food is one of the highlights of the day for the majority of our residents and this is a vital and valuable role within our Care Home.
You will work closely with the head chef to provide good home-cooked, nutritious and tasty food for our residents. Your job will ensure that our residents always have a first-class dining experience, including the environment, taste, choice and service.
It will involve the likes of menu planning, preparing, cooking and serving the main meals and snacks, checking quantities and quality of stock and ensuring appropriate hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room areas.
Our aim is that the food we serve is as good, if not better, than the food you’d have at home.
