Get your walking shoes ready! Spring is here, and it’s time to lace up for our second Steps Challenge! Last year, we absolutely smashed our targets, and this year, we’re aiming even higher!

 

Remember Last Year’s Incredible Achievement?

 

Let’s take a moment to celebrate our amazing efforts from last year. Collectively, we reached a phenomenal 13,560,714 steps! That’s way beyond our 10 million step target, proving just how dedicated and energetic our team is. Team Hamilton took the home the crown with a staggering 7,216,249 steps. And, Carolyn McKinney from Hamilton Court was the hot stepper with an incredible 727,260 steps!

 

This Year's Challenge: We Can Beat It!

 

This year's challenge runs from March 26th to April 15th, giving us three weeks to get those steps in. And here's what we need to do:

 

  • Company Target: As a team, we’re aiming for a collective 2.5 million steps. If we hit this target, we’ll be entered into a draw to WIN a €5,000 donation to a registered charity of our choice! What an amazing opportunity to make a difference!

 

  • Participant Target: Each of you can aim for 42,000 steps per week (that’s just 6,000 steps a day). Hit this target, and you'll be entered into a weekly draw for a €1,000 voucher for Monart! That’s right, one lucky winner each week!

 

  • Team Prizes: Plus there'll be prizes again for the Home Team and Individuals with the most steps.

 

Remember, the more people that join the challenge from your Home, the more chance you have of winning.

 

How to Track Your Steps:

 

It’s easy to participate! Simply track your activity using:

 

  • A fitness wearable (like a Fitbit)

  • A fitness app (like Samsung Health for Android or Apple Health for iPhone)

 

Make sure to connect your device or app to the MyLife app to track your progress and contribute to our team total.
